Patrick will discuss plates, bowls and other service vessels, along with the ergonomics of pottery placement and the geometry of it all.
He will cover appropriate weights and sizes and discuss thrown, altered and hand-built utilitarian objects such as teapots, creamers, sugar cups, and lidded jars.
Later in the day, Patrick will take requests and will create or throw whatever the group wishes to see made- Giant bowls, platters or tall cylinders...whatever you can think of!
